    Dress Code:
    students attending this event are expected to adhere to the following dress code: 
    Semi-formal attire is required. No Jeans, t-shirts, flip-flops, or otherwise casual attire may be worn. 
    Ladies' dresses will be no shorter than the student's fingertips while standing with arms at sides. Spaghetti strapped dresses or strapless dresses are permitted as long as no cleavage is shown. Ladies may also wear semi-formal pants. Gentlemen will wear collard shirts or appropriate semi-formal attire. 
    MEDICAL EMERGENCY RELEASE

    In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby authorize the diagnosis and treatment by a qualified and licensed medical professional, of my child(ren).

    Permission is also granted to Pacific Coast Learning Center and its affiliates including teachers, staff and volunteers to provide the needed emergency treatment prior to my child’s admission to a medical facility. I understand that Pacific Coast Learning Center does not have a nurse on site. This release is authorized with the purpose of authorizing medical treatment for the protection of my child(ren) in my absence.

    PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

    Pacific Coast Learning Center often takes photographs or videos of children during classes, activities, and events. I hereby grant permission without compensation for these photographs or videos to be used to promote Pacific Coast Learning Center. Pacific Coast Learning Center agrees to not identify me or my child(ren) by name or release any other personal information without additional written permission from me.

    (Please note: children are NOT identified by name in either photographs or videos.)
