STUDENT & REGISTRATION FEES
YEARLY STUDENT FEES 2025/2026
Elementary K-5 : $325 yearly / $162.50 per semester
Middle School 6-8 : $575 yearly / $287.50 per semester
High School 9-12 : $725 yearly / $362.50 per semester

Online Only : $100 yearly technology fee
(online students may not participate in any onsite classes or special events)
STUDENT FEE OPTIONS

Out of pocket: Payment in full at time of registration.

Out of pocket: Defer payment in full until July 31, 2025. There will be a $10 fee to defer your payment.

Out of pocket: Defer student fee into 2 payments due July 31, 2025 & January 2, 2026. There will be a $20 fee to defer your payments.

Charter funds: You may defer student fees into 2 PO payments through one of the vendors your student is taking a class with. There will be a $20 fee to defer payments to your charter. Many charters will pay for student fees. Please check with your charter to learn their policy.

A $25 fee will be applied to late payments - If student fees remain unpaid, your student(s) will NOT be permitted to attend class(es).

If you withdraw your student from PCLC before the second payment of the student fee is made, you will still be responsible to pay the full amount out of pocket.
​

If you do not submit a PO in a timely manner, you will be responsible to pay for student fees out of pocket.
​

There are no discounts or pro-rated amounts for student fees.
​

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.​ ​
PAYMENT SELECTION
At time of registration you will select the payment option that works best for you. Detailed instructions will be given within the registration system. Purchase orders (PO) for student fees will not be filed until charter funds drop in August.
TUITION PAYMENTS

Upon registration into a course, you will receive a welcome letter that details payment information for each vendor.

You may pay out of pocket or with a charter PO. It is your responsibility to verify the vendor is approved with your charter.

For payment questions, contact the vendor accountant. The PCLC front office does not have access to vendor account information.

REGISTRATION FEES

To hold your student's spot in a class, a $10 fee per class is due at time of registration.​ This cannot be paid with charter funds and the hold fee is not deducted from tuition.

Class hold fees are not charged once classes begin (except study hall).
​

Deferment fees are due at time of registration. This cannot be paid with charter funds.
​

Each elementary family and every middle school and high school student must have a key fob (for access into our building). The cost for key fob(s) is due at time of registration. This cannot be paid with charter funds.
