Yearly Student Fees 2024/2025

Elementary K-5 : $300 yearly / $150 per semester
Middle School 6-8 : $550 yearly / $275 per semester
High School 9-12 : $700 yearly / $350 per semester

Student fees are non-refundable. 
Student fees are used for both Educational Campus Fees & Materials & Technology Fees. 
Payment options:

• Payment in full made at time of registration.
• Defer payment in full until July 31, 2024. There will be a $10 fee to defer your payment.
• Out of pocket: defer student fee into 2 payments due July 31, 2024 & January 2, 2025. There will be a $20 fee to defer your payments.
• Charter funds: If your charter allows for student fees to be covered with charter funds, you may defer student fees into 2 PO payments through one of our vendors. A PO is submitted when funds drop in August, and again in December. There will be a $20 fee to defer payments to your charter. Confirm with your charter that you can use your funds to pay student fees.​
•  A $25 fee will be applied to late payments - If student fees remain unpaid, your student(s) will NOT be permitted to attend classes.
•  If you withdraw your student from PCLC before the second payment of the student fee is made, you will still be responsible to pay the full amount out of pocket. 
• If you do not submit a PO in a timely manner, you will be responsible to pay for student fees out of pocket. 
• There are no discounts or pro-rated amounts for student fees.
• All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.​ ​
